Description:
The Management & Strategy process includes the leadership and monitoring of the other core processes, with focus on the structuring of organization and responsibilities. It defines the company’s guidelines, its main targets, gives a strategic direction and ideas of how it wants to reach this goal setting. Management core tasks are to determine and communicate the goals and to ensure their achievement with the help of adequate controlling, evaluating and performance management methods. Risks that threaten the achievement of these goals have to be identified, considered and if possible mitigated. The Management and Strategy process is responsible to guarantee the availability of necessary resources and to allocate them in the most efficient way.

The purpose of this process is, to identify and afterwards to provide the necessary personnel resources to accomplish the strategical targets derived from the management target setting. This begins with the recruiting of new employees and their development through further education. The scope is also to ensure their satisfaction and reward success appropriately.
